Travel
Trips ~ what they do to my soul
There’s no doubt
My soul stirs and springs to life
When I travel about
Exploring new lands
Like fresh falling snow
Piling and landing and filling up more
There is so much to see
To be, to explore
Anxiety dares stop me
And control says her piece
But, relaxing into beauty, they gently will cease
Thank goodness they do
It’s worth the concession
For travel ensures life-force progression
So, I surrender to let
It be part of my path
The coming and going
Embracing adventure at last
