And I have an awesome little tool that will help you do just that.

Did you know that the realm of feeling (one of my fav F~words) is the attraction field?

And after all, doesn’t how you feel inside matter, regardless of what it attracts externally.

We are worthy of feeling good, but it’s not always easy, especially when life shows us this problem or that. Our thinking gets clouded with ineffective stories and mind-traps and the result…less than desirable feelings follow.

To change this frequency (i.e. vibration or how we really feel inside and thus show up), we need to find a path of least resistance. And that is available to us, not necessarily in moving out of the head and into the heart, but in moving from one frequency, where the head and the heart are doing one thing, to another frequency, where the head and the heart are doing another thing. It’s like changing the radio station. We can literally change our own frequency!

So, how do we do that?

Well, sometimes we need a road map to help us get from how we don’t want to feel to how we do want to feel (a different frequency),and the heart is that map.

If you are going to change the radio station, you can use your heart as the dial.

The heart, even if it’s been hurt, knows the way. Open your heart and unlock the emotions you need to feel the way you want to feel.

So, allow this happy heart mapping meditation to be a map for you today. Let this mapping meditation harmonize your frequency into coherence (unity) of the head and the heart, so you can feel the way you want to feel and find a frequency that not only feels better for you inside right now, it also works as a magnet for attracting more and more FEEL-GOOD experiences into your life.

Happy Heart Mapping helps us shift our frequency and momentum. It also connects us into our intuition, to simplicity, to compassion.

But, what about when we’re not living from coherence, and our scrambled frequencies are getting in the way? Well, this is where we build a stronger sense of inner awareness, so we can know what is really going on inside. Yoga helps build this awareness.

And we can always offer grace to ourselves and our experience and trust the contrast as what it is, the fertile ground for growth and expansion (remember that broader perspective). I love Abraham Hicks to help me find that broader perspective and see contrast as it really is.

Even though I sometimes just have a day where I know my frequency is not harmonized with true well-being, and I feel a little F~ed up inside, I know it’s human and happens to us all. It’s okay! The key to our ascension is to be aware and address it.

That’s what I did one day this week, and because I gave myself the attention that I truly deserved, my day unfolded with beauty and Divine synchronicity.

Feeling Anxious? Open to the power of the heart

Maybe you can’t always stop and give yourself all the attention you need right in the moment. That’s okay too. Just begin finding some time and making time for you. Take the time to feel what you need to feel and open your heart so you can feel what you really want to feel.

Let your heart be your map to feel the way you really want to feel. Check in with it often and turn it on to feel it’s extraordinary power.
